Corporate Structure

While many companies offer discount incorporation services today, incorporation by a lawyer provides benefits by ensuring the new company meets its legal obligations moving forward. In today’s world, there are a number of alternative methods of corporate structure, including Limited Liability Partnerships (LLPs) and Limited Liability Companies (LLCs). Choosing the right structure for your business involves a personal review. In addition, the creation of LLCs requires the drafting of a solid operating agreement that governs the business and its operations.

Strickland Brockington Lewis is ready to assist your new or existing company with formation, design of corporate structure, and the initial steps necessary to ensure you receive the full protections of incorporating.
